VP Biden to address Ukraine's parliament during Kiev visit

Vice President Joe Biden will deliver an address to Ukraine's parliament next week during a visit to Kiev, the capital. Biden's speech Tuesday will focus on the role the U.S. wants Ukrainian legislators to play in moving their country forward. The Obama administration says it will be the first speech to the parliament by a U.S. leader of Biden's rank. On Monday, Biden will meet President Petro Poroshenko (por-oh-SHEHN'-koh) and Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk (ahr-SEHN'-ee yaht-sehn-YOOK').
